Mission
Freedom Waters Foundation (FWF) is a non-profit, 501 C3, organization that provides boating opportunities and marine related education for people with disabilities and youth at risk.

Vision
To have Freedom Waters Foundation chapters available in numerous communities, both on the national and international level, to provide and facilitate the sharing of the on-the-water experience with those with life threatening illnesses, disabilities or any special needs group that may not otherwise have the opportunity to have such an experience.
